Soft Launch Lambing Season

The busiest part of our lambing season won’t kick into gear until the middle of May, but our first wave of lambs started appearing in early April. The majority of our flock is made up of Katahdins, but this first group of 2026 lambs are from our new Texel ram named Boss. These Katahdin-Texel cross lambs are a first for us, so we wanted to give them their own birthing window while we get to know them. So far, the Boss babies are looking good. Stay tuned for lots more lambing news and pictures to come as we enter the busy season!
