If you would like to reserve a lamb, but don’t have sufficient freezer space at home, reach out to us to discuss frozen storage options here at the farm.
Our grass-fed lamb has a delicious, mild flavor. Raised on lush pastures, the lamb develops a tender texture and rich, subtle taste, enhanced by a natural diet of nutrient-dense grasses.
The Roast Box option leans towards larger cuts that can be smoked, prepared as roasts, kabobs, & stews. Think: longer preparation for big groups & special occasions.
The total weight of packaged meat in the Roast Box ranges from 20-35 lbs. (Final weights may vary)
Shoulder, Leg, Loin, and Rib roasts
Ground meat (burgers, meat balls, stir-fries, casseroles)
Stew meat: Kabobs, slow cooker etc.
DEPOSIT - Click “Add to Cart” and follow the steps to checkout. You’ll make a $100 deposit on your WHOLE Share Roast Box.
BALANCE - Next, we will package up your order and measure its exact weight. Then, we’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance due. Total packaged weights of whole share boxes generally range between 20-35 lbs, but can vary. Our mixed-cut boxes are priced at a flat rate of $17/lb. Given the expected weight range, the total cost for WHOLE Share Roast Boxes will be between $400-$600.
PICK UP - If you are from the southwestern Vermont area, OR New York City, we can set up a time for you to pick up your order. Boston area drop points may be available as well—please contact us to discuss timing. If you need your order shipped outside of these locations, we can provide you with an expedited shipping and handling quote to keep your order cold.
